What should someone look for when shopping for enhancement surgery?
I'd like to see before and after pictures, but they could be faked.
Is there a special board or regulatory agency that tracks complaints?

I agree with you on that pictures can be deceiving.. the best i guess is a personal testimony by someone or from a friend who done some enhancement surgery.. I am not sure if we have some regulatory board/agency..what we have or rely on is the ads coming from billboard and word of mouth on the competency of the surgeons.

In my case i think i will depend on the word of mouth of women whom you knew who had finished enhancement ..their recommendations are more convincing rather on the ads and the likes..

i should rely more on word of mouth. at least stories from personal experiences would be more credible than any ad even from the regulatory bodies. (no offense meant here, just circumstancial!)

i think ill prefer some referral from those people who already undergone such enhancement , as what others think they believe in..
