well i guess if you have so much money..i mean an excess amount of money then for sure you can afford such enhancement.. but gauging on the status of those person ho had undergone such procedure mostly of them that i know of are celebrities and came from a well off family..if you are talking about the cost specifically..i guess it varies if its only nose enhancement then more cheaper that breast enhancement..

I depends on  a lot of things, but where you have the surgery can make a difference in price.

Augmentation is supposed to be fairly inexpensive in Rio, but that doesn't account for having to pay for a plane ticket and hotel in order to get the surgery performed there!

I would be wary of going to an unfamiliar place to get surgery If it's inexpensive, they might not be completely certified to perform surgery, and you don't want to risk any problems with anesthesia, mistakes, etc.

If you want to get work done on your breasts, I would recommend getting it from someone with experience and who is well-known in the industry, even if it costs more money initially.

Breast enhancements are one of the most affordable of all cosmetic procedures. The cost goes up considerably however if you need a lift.

the more complex the procedure is, the more it costs means to say like you people talking about nose surgery, yes it costs low but if you want to go for breast enhancement surgeries the costs are too high because of the complexities involved so I think it would be a better solution if you go any natural breast augmentation procedure.
