Hello. When I was consulting my surgeon I asked about this. She said its actually almost the same. Enhancements is enhancements. Augmentation is enlargements. Hope I'm right though. Ciao!

I think they're similar.

Enhancement can be accomplished using many different methods including creams, pills, suction devices and surgery.

Augmentation usually refers to surgery.

Your bustline can be "enhanced" by wearing a padded bra. Temporary changes tend to be called enhancements, as far as I know.

That would seem like the next logical step. After bailing out the auto industy, AIG twice, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac (perhaps a second time soon) then why not the cosmetic surgery industry? Maybe we can throw in a male enhancement bailout.

It matters if you have ever felt yours were too small for your body. A nagging feeling like this can eventually erode your self-esteem. Even if you are the only one who thinks you breasts are to small, it matters because it’s how you feel; regardless of the reason. Being able to do something about it could be a huge turning point in your life.

As you know, you have a couple of choices here: surgery or enhancement supplements. Each has provided numerous women with the opportunity to get positive results, increasing self-confidence. Surgery provides quick results, whereas natural products can sometimes take up to 30 days to see noticeable results. But there’s still much more you need to know to make an informed decision…
