Hello? I have a question. What would you rather choose? Breast enlargement via surgery or naturally? By naturally I mean enlarging your breast by just... You know... Exercise perhaps? Or by eating foods or something. Things like that.

Ohh... I'll go for surgery girl. Wouldn't want to wait too long before my breast enlarges you know. Might miss out some boys. ^^

Natural means don't usually work to enlarge the breast, unless they  include extra estrogens.

There are no foods that serve to make breasts larger.

I doubt natural enhancement is effective, though any surgery is somewhat risky, mostly because of the anesthetic.

I doubt extra estrogen would actually improve breast enlargement, at least, not without other consequences occurring. I think if you're serious about enlarging your breasts, surgery is the only option.

hi! i have a friend who has a small breast before, but she regularly massage it her own especially during ovulation period. but after a few months it gradually increases its size... voluptuous!
i really envy  her... but i'm afraid to do that.. i might get breast cancer.

^massaging your breasts give you cancer? Is this a documented fact of simply a fear you have?

And to the OP.. if Exercising gave you big breasts, I think most people would opt for the exercise.. I mean if it reduced your waistline and gave you big breasts? SWEET! Unfortunately, exercising does not enlarge the breasts, so other than inducing lactation, I guess we'll have to stick with augmentation.
