I'm having a breast augmentation next month (yes I know I should feel happy with the way I am blah blah blah...I dont think I need em I just want them ok...so dont comment abt it). I'm very regular in the gym and love working on my legs alot, but not sure how long i hav to wait to get back to them post surgery. I'm naturally thin and have to maintain a regular weight routine & diet or I lose too much fast. So I know I have to wait abt 6 wks to workout, but i was wondering if at least squats and light weight leg presses would be okay. Let me know if you have same experience please.
oh p.s.
Im having the surgery from the areolar area under the muscle if that makes a difference. thanks for any help.
