Your doctor should have given you instructions on how to do exercises. I have saline breast implants and the exercises they told me to do is to take the palm of your hand on the outside of the breast and push them together. Then take your hands and place them on the nipples and push in and then roll them around in a circular motion. Also, take and cup your hands under your breast and push up. You should do your exercises at least two to three times a day and for at least two minutes. If you are still unsure, contact the doctor that did the surgery, he/she will be able to explain the exercises more. After three months, you should at least do your exercises once a month, for two minutes, for the rest of your life. You breast should start to soften and look more normal after three months.
